Cloud Mentorship Program

The Cloud Mentorship Program was created by Ms. Mathieson and Ms. Arrow. In this program, ninth graders learn to utilize and improve their leadership skills by not only helping eighth graders with their transition from middle school to high school, but also encouraging them to acquire essential skills and values such as self-respectownershipacceptanceresilience and more.

SOAR stands for the core values promoted at Cloud Campus. These are values that we strive to uphold and promote at Cloud.

Self-Respect: Respect your time, making sure to schedule time for not only your work, but also your mental, emotional, and social well-being.

Put in your best effort and be proud of your work. Forgive yourself if you mess up, remember you are still learning and growing.

Actively participate and own up to not only your actions and mistakes, but also your achievements. Advocate for yourself if you need help; don’t be afraid to ask for assistance.

Embrace your abilities. Accept the fact that you will make mistakes and might not understand things immediately. Don't be afraid or embarrassed to ask for help.

Take the opportunity to learn from your teachers and peers. Encourage each other's unique capabilities, strengths, viewpoints and boundaries.

Learn to persevere through adversity and/or difficulties. Accept your mistakes, embracing them as opportunities for personal growth.

Actively participate in class and engage with your peers, even when it can be challenging.
